At the time of the publishing of the current terms go-stride.com presents information on the products and services that are to be offered in the future by “NDividual” Ltd. No actual goods or services can be purchased through the website. Users of the website are presented with the option to review the upcoming services that are to be provided through the website and subscribe for notifications regarding the development and launching of go-stride.com under the conditions below.
Users should know that the services of go-stride.com are under development and it is possible that future ones may deviate in part from the vision presented on this website. “Ndividual” Ltd. does not guarantee or promise that the information provided in go-stride.com will fully and completely correspond to future services.
Subscription terms
Users of go-stride.com are entitled, at their own discretion, to subscribe for receiving notifications on the the development and launching of the services of “NDividual” Ltd. that are to be offered through go-stride.com. The act of subscription is performed through filling and submission of a form, currently published on go-stride.com. Users are required to provide their personal name for reference and email address for receiving notifications.
Users who have subscribed to notifications do not receive preferential treatment as early adopters or any other form of preferential treatment, unless “NDividual” Ltd. explicitly decides to provide discounts to future services for which it does not provide guarantees or promises.
Users can unsubscribe from notifications at every moment after receiving their first email notification by following an “unsubscribe” link or equivalent content present in the respective email.
Personal data protection
Through the above mentioned subscription form “NDividual” Ltd. collects and processes personal data of its users which comprises the name and email address of a users. This data is processed solely with the explicit consent of the user which can be withdrawn at any time by contacting “NDividual” Ltd. at the email above.
The data is only processed for the purpose of sending notifications to users who have submitted the subscription form of go-stride.com. It will only be kept for one year after the launch of the services of “NDividual” Ltd. The data may be provided to third parties – data processors performing email marketing services with who “NDividual” Ltd. shall sign agreements for the processing of the data as data controller.
